Due to the timeline of the planned activities and guidelines related to indexing of conference's articles in the Web of Science database, we DO NOT accept abstracts for registration, we require directly the full paper. Authors of oral presentations and posters are invited to submit ONLY a four-pages article (in English), according to the format defined in the template.

Authors of all articles (oral presentations or posters) are required to send docx files (max.size 5MB) during registration. Moreover, posters should be in pdf files acording to template.

AUTEX members will be verified acording to the association list.

PhD Students must send their Student Identification Card during online registration for verification.

Sponsors and Partners fee includes: presentation of promotional products during the conference (you can also submit poster) and placing logo in the Sponsors and Partners Section.

All fields of the form must be completed.

Seats are confirmed only upon receipt of payment.

All articles and posters will be published only upon receipt of payment.
